Blackingstone Wild Wood Ltd is now open to receiving bookings from small groups, Schools, organisations and families who would wish to experience and use this location for educational purposes or leisure.

Blackingstone Wild Wood - Under Backingston Roack (tor) is 35 Acres of mixed wood and wild flower seeded meadow, situated 20miles inland from Exeter and 5 miles from Mortonhampstead.

Blackingstone Wild Wood has four distinct habitats, consisting of mixed conifer forest, a beech grove,wild seeded meadow and running through the valley; bog land and wet land wood. Within these distinct habitats can be found a great variety flora & fauna.
